Who we are

Helthee is a meal-planning app and website operated by Mi Assist Studio ("Helthee," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on this website and in the Helthee app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect on this website

• Waitlist email. If you join the early access list, we store the email address you give us and which part of the page you joined from.
• Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. This may include your IP address, browser type, and device information.

Information in the Helthee app

Helthee does not require an account. Meal-plan composition and saved app data run on your phone. Subscriptions, analytics, and optional AI features use the online services described below.

• Your plans and preferences. The store, budget, diet, allergies, any health condition you choose to cook around, your weekly plan, and your shopping list are saved on your device. When you ask a new AI question, your question and relevant diet, allergy, and health preferences are sent to our backend to tailor the answer.
• No account needed. Because there is no sign-up, we do not ask for a name or email to use the app. Online services use automatically generated identifiers to manage subscriptions, measure usage, and prevent abuse.
• Subscription status. If you subscribe, your subscription is handled by the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, and we never see your card number. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an anonymous app identifier to manage subscription access and restores.
• App analytics. PostHog receives feature-use events, an automatically generated identifier, app and device information, IP address, and approximate location inferred from that address. Event details can include a plan's budget and estimated cost, meal calories, feature counts, and which prewritten example question you select. We do not send grocery-list contents, photos, or custom question text to PostHog. In-app session replay is disabled.
• Reminders. If you allow notifications, OneSignal receives a push token, the same automatically generated app identifier, device and app information, your language and time zone, and a few settings (whether reminders are on, whether you have Pro, and when your current plan was made) so we can send plan, grocery-list and free-week reminders. We do not send health conditions, meals or grocery lists to OneSignal. You can turn reminders off in the app's Profile or in your phone's Settings.
• AI questions and photos. Newly typed questions and the meal or fridge photos you submit are sent through our Supabase backend to Google's Gemini service for processing. Prewritten example questions work locally. We cache AI questions, relevant preferences, and answers, and keep request records with an installation identifier, timestamps, processing status, and usage costs. Photos are sent for analysis; we do not save the photo itself in our application database. Service providers may retain request content for security and abuse monitoring.

Your health information

Any health condition you choose to cook around, such as diabetes-friendly, heart-healthy, or lower-sodium, helps filter your meal plan. When you use AI questions, relevant preferences are also sent to our backend and AI provider and may be stored with the cached question and answer. Meal calories can be included in usage analytics. We do not sell health information or use it for advertising. Avoid entering names, contact information, or medical records into questions or photos. Helthee is for general wellness and is not a medical service.

How we use information

• To email you about your early access spot and the launch, if you joined the list.
• To understand how the website is used so we can make it better.
• To provide AI answers and photo analysis, manage subscriptions, and prevent abuse.
• To understand app feature use and improve reliability.
• To provide support when you contact us.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We do not sell app data or use it for targeted advertising.
• We never send you marketing texts. The waitlist is email only.

Sharing

Our service providers include Supabase for website sign-ups and app backend processing, PostHog for analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple for app payments, OneSignal for reminder notifications, and Google Gemini for AI questions and photo analysis. We share the information needed for each service as described above. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your waitlist email while you are on the list. You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any email we send, and we will remove your address. Deleting the app removes its local plans and preferences but does not automatically delete backend request records, cached AI content, analytics, or purchase records. We retain online records to provide the service, manage subscriptions, analyze use, and prevent abuse; providers may have their own retention periods. Contact us to request access to or deletion of information we can identify. Because the app has no account, we may need details that let us locate an anonymous record. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.

Children

Helthee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
